A clear estimate starts with good information. For door, drywall, and trim repairs, a few photos can often show the scope better than a long message.
For door issues, send one photo of the full door, one of the latch and strike area, and one close-up of the rubbing or gap. Mention whether the door sticks, swings open, will not latch, or drags on the floor.
For drywall, include a wide photo of the wall and a close-up of the damage. If the wall has texture, take a photo from an angle so the existing pattern is visible.
For trim, show the full run and the problem area. If flooring was recently installed, mention that too because it changes the trim options.
Good photos help the office route the right service, estimate the correct amount of time, and avoid turning a small finish repair into a guessing game.
